Baby it’s cold outside!

It’s never fun trying to look ‘cool’ while keeping warm. Here are some ideas!

Head Gear
It’s important to keep your head warm, but how do you pull it off without causing a bad hair day?? Try cute ear muffs or warmers –especially if you’re sporting an updo. When wearing your hair down try a hat or knitted beret – and make sure both styles are loose fitting, that way they won’t alter your style. I’d also suggest having items in a few different colours, to match with various coats or moods.

Neck Warmers
Scarves, knitted neck warmers or pashminas can not only keep you cozy, but also can add some style to your outfit.  Look for neutrals as well as bold colour and patterns! Opt for fabrics in cotton, bamboo, cashmere, or silk for the most comfort and versatility (as these fabric breath you’ll be able to wear from indoors and out!).

Give yourself a Hand
You’ll be needing cute mittens and gloves for making snowballs and keeping those digits snug. For a more professional look opt for leather gloves, but look for styles with buttons, rouging or in a bold colour to match your personal style. For that casual look there is nothing cuter than a pair of wooly mittens, and all the better if you can get grandma to make them for you!

Sleigh bells ring, are you listening,
In the lane, snow is glistening
A beautiful sight,
We're happy tonight.
Walking in a winter wonderland.
